Key Account / Project Manager

As a Key Account / Project Manager you will be a key link between Sustain and our customers. Through the establishment of successful client relationships you will identify and develop opportunities for further engagement. The ability to understand customer needs and translate these needs into effective and attractive solutions will be of paramount importance in your role as a Key Account / Project Manager. In addition you will be expected to:

- Qualify customer needs, identifying opportunities and translating these needs into solutions
- Play a key part in the design and implementation of service level agreements, aligning customer needs to the service offering
- Maintain and grow revenue from key accounts, ensuring all targets are met
- Coordinating in-house technical experts, ensuring they are delivering against client requirements and undertaking all necessary project management accountabilities
- Provide and coordinate innovative programme management activities in the energy and carbon sectors. Helping our clients in their drive towards a more sustainable future.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivery in an account/project management position in an energy or low carbon related environment. Further skills and experience required:

- Background in the sustainable energy or the building/facilities management sectors. Be familiar with and demonstrate an awareness of key industry players
- Experience balancing conflicting priorities and delivering projects to customers on time and within budget. Understanding the need to balance delivery against the development of further revenue streams
- Proven success undertaking business development activity in a consultancy and/or outsourcing sales environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Relevant degree (or equivalent) in the environmental or built environment sectors is highly desirable
- Evidence of a strong commitment to environmental and social causes of concern
